Junior Project Manager

Salary: $42,706 CAD to $53,000 CAD annually

What you will do

• Attend client briefings and design presentations, acting as an information source and ensuring positive client relations.
• Manage project timelines, track progress, and report any alterations to key stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between Onsites, Marketing, and Studio Teams during project execution.
• Ensure accurate information is available for order entry, including client specifications and printer specifications.
• Provide final QA on all assets, ensuring work is executed to the client brief prior to final delivery.
• Prepare jobs for billing and hand-off to the Account Manager.

Requirements

• Completion of post-secondary university or college degree in graphics/media communication management and/or design or similar.
• 2-4 years of proven experience in client service, preferably in a packaging environment.
• Strong understanding of Packaging Design requirements and Flexo, Litho, and Gravure printing processes.
• Excellent organizational, time management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Good client service skills and ability to deal effectively with difficult client situations.
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Nice to have

• Strong understanding of digital media.
• Experience with CGI process.
• Good understanding of adaptive media.
• Knowledge of Creative Cloud and other similar systems.
• Freelance production experience and flexibility working with traditional and non-traditional agency settings.
