Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Raanana, Israel (Hybrid model: 2 days in-office, 3 days remote).

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end research initiatives in NLP, Vision, and multimodal modeling, specifically focusing on agentic-AI systems.
• Architect and prototype complex single-agent and multi-agent systems involving planning, memory, and tool invocation.
• Establish standards for AI agent safety, observability, and scalability including guardrails and fallback strategies.
• Define rigorous evaluation strategies, including KPIs and A/B testing, grounded in real-world constraints.
• Translate research breakthroughs into reliable, production-ready capabilities in partnership with engineering teams.
• Mentor researchers and data scientists to raise technical rigor and engineering standards across the group.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on impact in applied AI with strong proficiency in Python and modern ML/DL libraries.
• Mandatory: Experience with agent frameworks or orchestration layers such as LangGraph or LangChain.
• Demonstrated experience building production-grade AI agents capable of multi-step reasoning.
• Strong practical expertise with LLMs including evaluation, safety patterns, and prompt engineering.
• Strategic problem-solving skills with the ability to define analytical goals in ambiguous business environments.
• English: Fluency in professional English required.
