What you will do

• Design and deploy machine learning models for network selection, churn prediction, and fraud detection.
• Analyze complex signaling events and session logs to identify performance issues and growth opportunities.
• Partner with Network Operations and Product teams to translate raw telemetry into actionable signals.
• Build forecasting and segmentation models to inform pricing and capacity planning.
• Define and track KPIs for network quality and commercial performance.
• Mentor junior team members and promote rigorous data science practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on data science experience, ideally in telecom, networking, or IoT.
• Strong background in applied ML including classification, regression, and time-series forecasting.
• Expert SQL and strong Python skills (pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow).
• Experience with big-data tooling such as AWS Lakehouse and Redshift.
• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
• Understanding of cellular architecture and signaling protocols (2G/3G/4G/5G).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with streaming data (Kafka, Flink) and real-time inference.
• Background in pricing, revenue management, or unit economics.
• MSc or PhD in a quantitative field.
