What you will do

• Provide 1:1 coaching to members via the virtual Mento Platform.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve coaching abilities.
• Communicate with members between sessions via app chat or email.
• Share insights and tools with the Mento coaching community.
• Act as an ambassador by maintaining a high standard of kindness and empathy.

Requirements

• 20+ years of experience as a CEO or C-suite leader.
• Must be based in North America or Europe.
• Ability to commit a minimum of 12 hours per month for at least 24 months.
• High emotional IQ and self-awareness.
• Growth mindset and willingness to participate in mandatory ICF-certified training.
