What you will do

• Launch and rollout cashless payment solutions for passengers across multiple markets
• Participate in product discovery and solution design, defining user flows and functional requirements
• Document detailed product requirements, including PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and fintech teams to ensure timely delivery
• Analyze product performance, adoption metrics, and conversion rates to identify improvement opportunities
• Work with Legal and Compliance departments to align product features with regulatory requirements

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in fintech, including banks, MFIs, or payment providers
• Solid understanding of cashless payment flows, payment orchestration, and wallet-based products
• Proven experience managing both discovery and delivery phases of the product development lifecycle
• Ability to write clear and structured technical and product documentation
• Experience working closely with Legal and Compliance teams and external payment partners
• Strong analytical mindset with a history of data-driven decision-making
