Requirements

• Must be based in Poland, Romania, Brazil, or Colombia.
• 10+ years of hands-on software and data engineering experience.
• 2+ years of experience in engineering leadership with high technical involvement.
• Strong background in large-scale distributed systems and data architecture.
• Expertise in C# .NET and MS SQL Server for enterprise applications.
• Experience leading technical execution across remote teams and time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience with Apache Flink, Apache Iceberg, and Snowflake.
• Proficiency in DevOps practices, PowerShell automation, and AWS deployments.
