What you will do

• Define and evolve architecture standards and reference patterns for UK technology teams.
• Lead architecture reviews for major products and technical features.
• Own the architectural strategy for AI and Agentic AI capabilities, including guardrails and reference implementations.
• Collaborate with engineering leads to address architectural drift and reduce technical debt.
• Provide architectural support during M&A due diligence and group-wide platform initiatives.
• Document designs using ADRs, C4 models, and integration maps to ensure accessibility for engineering teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Application or Solutions Architect in multi-product environments.
• Deep expertise in microservices, event-driven design, and domain-driven design (DDD).
• Practical experience with AI/ML integration, including LLM APIs, RAG architectures, and Agentic frameworks.
• Strong background in Microsoft Azure and the .NET/C# ecosystem.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management across product and engineering leadership.
• Ability to navigate and modernize heterogeneous environments including legacy systems.

Nice to have

• Experience in PropTech or real estate software.
• Familiarity with event streaming platforms like Apache Kafka or Azure Event Hubs.
• Professional architecture certifications (e.g., TOGAF, Azure Solutions Architect).
• Experience with multi-tenancy SaaS patterns.
