What you will do

• Drive 2-3 active projects from start to finish, ensuring customer value delivery.
• Define project requirements, deliverables, and manage their execution, monitoring, and adjustments.
• Interpret business requirements for technical teams and estimate development efforts.
• Participate in customer calls, provide project updates, and maintain updated project boards.
• Coordinate development teams, including QA and designers, and test systems before releases.
• Take full responsibility for project delivery, monitoring progress, identifying risks, and addressing them proactively.
• Help with onboarding newcomers and mentor Junior PMs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing software development projects (Web and Mobile).
• IT background with a technical understanding of web and mobile application development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience managing projects in Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Knowledge of business analysis, process description, use cases, user stories, and visual thinking.
• Experience in distributed teams management.
• Manual testing experience.
• Ability to work independently and with a team in a dynamic project environment.
• Attention to details.
• English: Upper-Intermediate level or higher required.

Nice to have

• AI/ML project management experience is a plus.
