What you will do
- Drive 2-3 active projects from start to finish, ensuring customer value delivery.
- Define project requirements, deliverables, and manage their execution, monitoring, and adjustments.
- Interpret business requirements for technical teams and estimate development efforts.
- Participate in customer calls, provide project updates, and maintain updated project boards.
- Coordinate development teams, including QA and designers, and test systems before releases.
- Take full responsibility for project delivery, monitoring progress, identifying risks, and addressing them proactively.
- Help with onboarding newcomers and mentor Junior PMs.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience managing software development projects (Web and Mobile).
- IT background with a technical understanding of web and mobile application development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience managing projects in Agile and Waterfall environments.
- Knowledge of business analysis, process description, use cases, user stories, and visual thinking.
- Experience in distributed teams management.
- Manual testing experience.
- Ability to work independently and with a team in a dynamic project environment.
- Attention to details.
- English: Upper-Intermediate level or higher required.
Nice to have
- AI/ML project management experience is a plus.
