What you will do

• Drive 2-3 projects from start to finish, delivering value to customers.
• Define project requirements, plan execution, and manage monitoring and adjustments.
• Interpret business requirements for technical teams and estimate development efforts.
• Participate in customer calls, provide updates, and organize project boards.
• Coordinate development teams (including QA and designers) and test systems before releases.
• Take full responsibility for project delivery, identify risks, and proactively address them.

Requirements

• 4+ years of managing software development projects (Web, Mobile, AI/ML a plus).
• IT background with technical understanding of web and mobile app development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Knowledge of business analysis and process description (use cases, user stories).
• English: Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
