What you will do

• Lead the development and overhaul of transaction landing infrastructure to ensure high speed and reliability.
• Design and implement proprietary routing systems and cross-chain solvers to optimize swap efficiency.
• Architect trading features including limit orders and custom gas sponsorship infrastructure.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in trading flows to maintain competitive performance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a lean team of frontend and backend engineers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6+ years of professional software engineering experience at a Staff level.
• Deep understanding of blockchain internals and transaction landing in competitive environments.
• Strong experience with Solana is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage infrastructure project lifecycles from conceptualization to deployment.
• Must be able to work in-person at the Soho office in New York City.
