What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain robust Microsoft Azure infrastructure environments.
• Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code solutions using tools like Terraform or Bicep.
• Lead and coordinate daily DevOps team activities, stand-ups, and sprint planning.
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines to drive deployment automation and platform reliability.
• Collaborate with the Technical Lead on architectural improvements and security governance.
• Mentor team members and drive continuous improvement in monitoring and observability.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing production-level Microsoft Azure environments.
• Strong expertise in Azure services including networking, identity, and security.
• Practical experience implementing Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident resolution skills in live production.
• Demonstrated capability in leading, coordinating, or mentoring engineering teams.
• Ability to work in the UK (on-site or remote).

Nice to have

• Experience with AKS or containerized workloads.
• Background in supporting SaaS platforms at scale.
• Knowledge of Azure cost management and governance frameworks.
• Experience working in hybrid cloud environments.
