What you will do

• Provide reactive support to non-managed partners within defined SLAs, including licensing and product-related inquiries.
• Assist partners in progressing and closing hirify.global deals.
• Support onboarding by enrolling and activating new partners in the hirify.global ProPartner Network.
• Collaborate with Distribution Managers and internal teams to efficiently manage partner requests.
• Promote adoption of the ProPartner Portal and Partner University.
• Keep partners informed about hirify.global promotions, updates, and news.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• French at B2 level or higher (preferable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience in sales or customer support is a plus.
