What you will do

• Design multi-channel digital assets for social, email, website, and advertising campaigns.
• Produce print materials including event booths, banners, and branded merchandise.
• Maintain and contribute to brand guidelines, design systems, and component libraries.
• Partner with digital and web development teams to ensure a consistent brand experience.
• Execute and manage campaign creative that aligns with the broader visual identity.
• Maintain templates to support cross-departmental design needs.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional design experience with a diverse portfolio.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid understanding of design systems, UI design, typography, and layout.
• Active use of AI within creative workflows.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to thrive in a feedback-oriented environment.

Nice to have

• Skills in motion design and animation (After Effects, Lottie, CSS animation).
• Copywriting ability for headlines and campaign messaging.
• Experience working in both small and large organizational structures.
