What you will do

• Ideate and design high-quality visual assets for digital and print marketing campaigns.
• Ensure all designs maintain consistency with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute creative assets that support marketing strategies, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
• Design engaging print and digital ads that effectively communicate our brand message.
• Refine designs based on performance data to optimize engagement and conversion.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and proactively bring new ideas.

Requirements

• You have 1–3 years of experience in various design projects, preferably within the food sector or related industries, ideally including experience in packaging design.
• Your English skills are excellent – German skills are a plus!
• You either live in Berlin or across Germany
• You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and experienced with Figma.
• You have a strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• You are able to design for various platforms, including social media, email, and print.

Nice to have

• After Effects and knowing motion design are big pluses.
