What you will do

• Take ownership of global long-tail affiliate relationships and develop compelling promotional campaigns.
• Recruit and activate new affiliates to diversify audience reach and channel mix.
• Update performance reports and present actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with trade and creative teams to execute promotional calendar moments.
• Monitor tracking, feed integrity, and platform compliance to ensure smooth channel operations.
• Identify process improvements to enhance team efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience in affiliate marketing or broader digital marketing.
• Proven ability to analyze datasets and derive meaningful marketing insights.
• Proficiency in Excel including formulas and pivot tables.
• Experience with marketing administration and reporting platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in London or willing to work on a hybrid basis from our Old Street office.
