What you will do

  • Attract and engage new Service Providers through warm leads and outbound prospecting.
  • Conduct structured qualification (BANT) to assess prospect environment, needs, and decision-making criteria.
  • Manage the full sales cycle including discovery calls, demos, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with distributors and internal teams including Solution Engineers to ensure successful deal closure.
  • Represent the brand value proposition and articulate competitive differentiators clearly.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Inside Sales or Lead Development.
  • Proven ability to articulate product value and address customer pain points.
  • Strong consultative sales and closing skills.
  • Must be based in Bulgaria.

Nice to have

  • Experience in cold calling.
  • Prior experience within the IT or software industry.
