What you will do
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and qualify expansion opportunities within the existing customer base through proactive outreach.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet renewal and expansion targets.
- Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations to showcase value propositions.
- Collaborate effectively within the 2-Tier distribution partner ecosystem.
- Minimize customer churn and increase customer lifetime value.
Requirements
- Experience in contract renewals, sales operations, or account management in an enterprise environment.
- Relevant educational background in technology, business, or economics.
- English proficiency required, proficiency in any Nordic language is a strong advantage.
- Strong command of Excel for interpreting mathematical data.
- Results-driven mindset with strong consultative and communication skills.
