What you will do
- Process and enter customer orders into internal systems with high precision.
- Track order progress throughout their entire lifecycle.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely completion of all processing tasks.
- Communicate order details and quotations with colleagues via Microsoft Teams.
- Collaborate with international teams, specifically providing support for operations in France.
Requirements
- French (B2) and English (B2) proficiency required.
- Strong teamwork skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Solid understanding of MS Office programs.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Must be available to work from the office in Sofia as part of a hybrid model.
