What you will do

  • Manage incoming order queues from the business country and enter them into the system.
  • Audit electronic orders for completion, accuracy, and adherence to authorization schemes.
  • Create and update customer-specific reports.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding ETAs, order status, pricing, and product information.
  • Liaise with internal teams and management to resolve transactional issues.
  • Maintain order flow to ensure compliance with defined KPIs.

Requirements

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Previous experience in support or customer service is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Strong multitasking abilities and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Commercial understanding or relevant professional experience.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SAP or familiarity with its key functionalities.
