Technical Lead (Fullstack)

TL;DR

Location: Must be based in London or able to commute to the City of London office 2 days per week.

What you will do

• Lead complex software engineering engagements from architecture through to production.
• Translate complex technical requirements into tangible business value for clients.
• Maintain technical depth while mentoring and guiding cross-functional teams.
• Champion quality assurance, security, and performance best practices.
• Design scalable solutions using cloud-native patterns and event-driven architectures.
• Facilitate workshops and produce clear architectural documentation including HLDs and ADRs.

Requirements

• Proven track record of technical leadership in enterprise-scale software engineering.
• Strong expertise in Java and React development.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud ecosystems.
• Proficiency in CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and container orchestration.
• Hands-on understanding of Zero Trust architecture, security by design, and observability.
• Must be available for on-site work in London 2 days per week.

Nice to have

• Relevant cloud certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools like CoPilot or Claude.
• Practical knowledge of FinOps, disaster recovery, and compliance frameworks.
