What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable backend services and microservices.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and support to engineers within the product squad.
• Drive architectural decisions, ensure code quality, and establish engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Contribute to cloud infrastructure development and AI integrations.

Requirements

• Strong experience with C#, .NET Core, .NET Web API, and Microservices architectures.
• Expertise in Azure cloud technologies, API development, and message-based systems.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with React and React Native.
• Proven track record of integrating AI/LLM technologies such as OpenAI or Azure OpenAI.
• Experience working in Agile environments using xUnit or nUnit.

Nice to have

• Experience with TDD, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Previous team leadership or mentoring experience.
• Exposure to Agentic AI frameworks and Azure DevOps pipelines.
