What you will do

• Design, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise-grade customer networks.
• Translate business requirements into working configurations, diagrams, and operational documentation.
• Act as a point of technical escalation for complex network issues.
• Provide remote support to onsite engineers during project deployments.
• Implement efficient ways of working and support cost-reduction initiatives.

Requirements

• Must possess or be able to gain Government Security Clearance (SC) and NPPV3.
• Minimum 5 years of continuous UK working history.
• Cisco CCNP or equivalent vendor accreditation.
• Experience in network design, implementation, and multi-vendor troubleshooting (Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, etc.).
• Proven track record of taking ownership of project work packages.
• Strong background in testing and validation of network deployments.
