What you will do

• Proactively contact clients with overdue accounts to negotiate payment plans and settlements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities, correspondence, and payment arrangements.
• Collaborate with customer service to address client queries and disputes.
• Conduct risk assessments on delinquent accounts to identify recovery issues.
• Work with legal advisors on cases requiring formal action.
• Achieve monthly collection targets while adhering to regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a B2B Collections Officer, preferably in financial services or mortgage industry.
• Prior experience in skip-tracing for locating clients.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills with a resilient mindset.
• Proficiency in collections software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to maintain high ethical standards and confidentiality.
• Must have own computer and reliable internet connection.
