What you will do

• Track and process the status of system deposit and withdrawal transactions.
• Adjust and process customer deposits involving incorrect currencies.
• Support the distribution and execution of marketing and operational activities.
• Compile and analyze daily system operation data for reporting.
• Manage the technical and operational onboarding of new payment channels.
• Resolve complex system-related funding issues.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of related professional experience.
• Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
• Experience in trading markets, third-party payment processing, or clearing and settlement in commercial banks.
• Strong analytical logic and communication skills.
• Keen sense of financial risk identification and management.
• Ability to work under pressure with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
