About the Role

You will craft clear, on-brand copy across email, web, product, social, and campaign channels to drive acquisition, activation, and engagement. You will identify and test growth opportunities, manage paid acquisition campaigns, track KPIs to inform iterations, build influencer and creator relationships, and create multi-format educational and promotional content.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in growth, marketing, communications, or creative roles with a primary focus on copywriting
• Portfolio demonstrating persuasive, results-driven copy across multiple formats
• Exceptional written communication, editing, and attention to tone and clarity
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to test, measure, and iterate on copy and campaigns
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities
• Systems thinking and first principles problem solving
• Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly based on feedback

Responsibilities

• Own copywriting across email, landing pages, in-product copy, social, blogs, and campaigns
• Identify and analyze growth opportunities across acquisition and engagement channels
• Build relationships with influencers, creators, and internet communities
• Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across major ad platforms
• Track and analyze KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, and engagement
• Develop and maintain brand position, narrative, and tone across platforms
• Create multi-format educational and promotional content for varied audiences
• Experiment rapidly to scale growth and iterate on messaging
