What you will do

• Monitor and nurture vibrant online communities on platforms including Twitter, YouTube, and Medium.
• Analyze marketing plan effectiveness and suggest strategic revisions based on performance data.
• Collaborate with internal marketing and design teams to produce high-quality visual content and campaign assets.
• Track campaign KPIs, collect community feedback, and report on social media ROI.
• Scale and manage a team of community moderators to ensure consistent engagement.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media and community management, with a focus on Twitter and YouTube.
• Extensive knowledge of Web3 and Layer-2 protocol ecosystems.
• Strong interest and passion for blockchain technology.
• Fluency in English with outstanding copywriting skills.
