What you will do

• Lead and direct internal and external art teams in creating high-quality visual assets for AAA projects.
• Implement and refine art production pathways to improve studio efficiency.
• Assign resources and manage artist workloads across multiple studio projects.
• Present creative solutions and project updates to clients in a professional manner.
• Troubleshoot artistic risks and implement cutting-edge techniques into practical production.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Edinburgh
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in AAA console development with at least 2 shipped titles.
• At least 1 title shipped in a Lead Artist capacity.
• Proven experience managing art teams and developing art production pipelines.
• Excellent visual and verbal communication skills for cross-team direction and client liaison.
• Strong resource management skills with the ability to manage project deadlines and budgets.
