What you will do

• Collaborate with VFX supervisors to develop and implement creative and technical solutions for project requirements.
• Lead teams of artists across high-end commercial, TV, and film VFX projects.
• Pitch for new projects and actively cultivate client relationships.
• Mentor creative talent and provide clear, constructive feedback to team members.
• Manage production pipelines to ensure projects are delivered visually outstanding, on time, and on budget.
• Represent the studio at industry events and awards as a brand ambassador.

Requirements

• Extensive experience delivering outstanding VFX work for commercials, TV, or film.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience managing teams of CG artists.
• Deep understanding of the full VFX pipeline including 2D workflows and Nuke.
• Production experience with Houdini and/or Maya alongside industry-standard renderers like Arnold.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of scripting or programming to support pipeline development.
