Product Manager (SaaS)

Product Manager (SaaS): Owning the cross-functional product layer that enables hirify.global to define, configure, and launch solution packages rapidly with an accent on content scope, structure, and outcomes. Focus on driving pricing, packaging, positioning, and launch strategy for new and existing solution packages.

Location: This is a remote role; however, applicants located within 45 miles of our Westlake/Dallas, TX office should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.

Salary: $106,000 - $139,400 USD. Actual compensation will depend on location, skills, experience, and other factors.

What you will do

• Own the cross-functional product layer that enables hirify.global to define, configure, and launch solution packages rapidly.
• Serve as the ongoing business line owner for current packages (AI Academy, SecureReady, CloudReady).
• Drive pricing, packaging, positioning, and launch strategy for new and existing solution packages in close partnership with sales, marketing, and channel teams.
• Coordinate with hirify.global's consulting and in-person learning divisions to ensure solution packages reflect a coherent, end-to-end customer experience.
• Define the requirements and product foundation for enabling sales teams and channel partners to configure and propose solution packages.
• Identify and prioritize net-new solution package opportunities based on market demand, competitive landscape, and hirify.global's content strengths.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Manager for SaaS or software products
• Experience working with cross-functional Agile teams comprised of Engineers and Product Designers
• Proven experience working with ambiguity and being able to build strategic direction and roadmap
