Product Manager (Content Tools)

Location: This is a remote role; however, applicants located within 45 miles of our Westlake/Dallas, TX office should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.

Salary: $106,000 - $139,400 USD. Actual compensation will depend on location, skills, experience, and other factors.

What you will do

• Own the shared UI and backend infrastructure that powers content tooling across courses, assessments, labs, and emerging content types.
• Build and maintain the surfaces and systems that support both third-party contracted authors and internal hirify.global staff.
• Own the pipelines and tooling that bring content into the platform reliably and at scale, reducing manual intervention and accelerating time-to-publish.
• Maintain the systems that govern how content is organized, surfaced, and permissioned.
• Lead the strategy and delivery of API-first and MCP-native authoring capabilities that enable content creation and publishing programmatically at scale.
• Build and govern the tagging infrastructure and taxonomy systems that make content discoverable and connectable to skills frameworks across the platform.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Manager for SaaS or software products
• Experience working with cross-functional Agile teams comprised of Engineers and Product Designers
• Proven experience working with ambiguity and being able to build strategic direction and roadmap
