Salary: $172,550 - $203,000 (Region 1), $158,950 - $187,000 (Region 2), $147,900 - $174,000 (Region 3)

What you will do

• Frame problems and opportunities in partnership with Legal, HR, Finance, Commercial, RevOps, Supply Chain, Operations, and Product.
• Shape AI solutions on top of existing platforms, re-using approved connectors and governance patterns.
• Design and manage AI pilots end-to-end, defining hypotheses, KPIs, and guardrails.
• Produce decision-ready business cases that synthesize pilot results into concise recommendations.
• Coordinate cross-functional “glue work” across Workplace Tech, Security/Privacy, Legal/Procurement, Data, and business teams.
• Document patterns and playbooks and feed insights into AI Productivity’s KPI tracking and executive narratives.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years in solutions engineering, technical consulting, AI/ML enablement, or similar roles.
• Proven experience designing and delivering AI agents, automations, or workflow solutions in an enterprise environment.
• Strong cross-functional facilitation skills to partner with non-technical leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to translate informal asks into structured briefs with personas, KPIs, and guardrails.
• Comfort working across a multi-tool AI stack and re-using existing platforms and integration patterns.

Nice to have

• Experience with tools like Claude/Anthropic, Glean, Gemini, Parabola, and enterprise systems such as NetSuite, Asana, Smartsheet, Snowflake/Cortex, ServiceNow, Zendesk, or Databricks.
