TL;DR
Project Manager (Cybersecurity): Supporting project delivery and managing stakeholder engagement with an accent on defining, documenting, and executing projects/programs. Focus on identifying and addressing risks to ensure project success and continuous improvement within a specialist security team.
Location: This job role can be based in London, Ipswich or Cheltenham. Hybrid (4 days office based & 1 day remote). Must have lived in UK for 10+ years to obtain clearance.
Salary: £5k per annum allowance may be payable monthly while you hold DV Security Clearance.

What you will do
- Deliver end-to-end requirements, underpinning growth and NPS.
- Lead the Programme Team, providing professional services with a focus on innovative design for customers.
- Ensure the Programme team consults with customers to design the most appropriate technical solutions.
- Deliver Customer Programme requirements into wider GSS projects, working closely with the Delivery teams.
- Input into plans to develop, retain, and attract talent for the Programme Team.

- Extensive experience leading end to end Programme Teams and defining/implementing end to end governance frameworks required to deliver complex Programmes of work.
- Leading highly complex customer projects in a professional services environment.
- Develop and Deliver business change strategies.
