Salary: $218,025 — $256,500 USD

What you will do

• Own the technical strategy, architecture, and roadmap for the Finhub Tooling platform.
• Drive an AI-first approach to internal tooling.
• Architect and develop systems that serve multiple stakeholder groups with high reliability and performance requirements.
• Build alignment and secure commitment from cross-team and cross-functional partners.
• Define engineering processes, quality standards, and best practices for the team.
• Write high-quality, well-tested code.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Experience designing and building fault-tolerant, highly reliable systems at scale.
• Experience architecting and developing solutions to ambiguous problems.
• Proven ability to drive technical strategy and roadmap for a platform or team.
• Experience building alignment across cross-functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrates the ability to responsibly use generative AI tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial systems, ledgering systems, or trading systems at scale.
• Experience building internal tooling or admin platforms that serve operational teams.
