What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for strategic accounts, building trusted relationships with security teams.
• Guide customers through the deployment, configuration, and integration of the Next-Gen SIEM platform.
• Design and implement custom detection rules, correlation searches, and tailored dashboards.
• Assist customers with migrating detection content from legacy SIEM platforms.
• Provide operational support, perform health checks, and optimize data ingestion strategies.
• Identify automation opportunities and contribute to internal knowledge bases.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• 2+ years of experience in security operations, SIEM administration, or security engineering.
• Proficiency with at least one major SIEM platform and experience with query languages like SQL, SPL, or KQL.
• Hands-on experience with detection engineering, correlation rule development, and common log sources.
• Understanding of cloud security and EDR concepts.
• Experience with scripting and automation using Python, PowerShell, or Bash.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with hirify.global Falcon and Next-Gen SIEM.
• Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, GCIA, or GCIH.
• Experience with SOAR platforms and security automation.
• Background in technical consulting or customer-facing roles.
