What you will do

• Deliver technical product presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements.
• Design and recommend security solution architectures tailored to specific client environments.
• Support the integration of forensic solutions into existing SOC and IR workflows.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the entire customer lifecycle and sales process.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear value propositions for both technical and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide field insights for product evolution.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.
• Strong professional background in cybersecurity, incident response, or threat investigation.
• Hands-on experience with DFIR, SOC operations, or threat hunting using tools like YARA, Sigma, or osquery.
• Familiarity with enterprise security technologies including SIEM, EDR/XDR, and SOAR.
• Demonstrable experience in a customer-facing or pre-sales technical role.
• Strong communication skills for presenting complex technical topics to diverse audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience or interest in AI-assisted security workflows.
• Deep understanding of containment and remediation procedures within IR processes.
