What you will do

• Define and evolve the long‑term vision for UX, consumer, and market research.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary research team.
• Ensure research is strategically aligned with product, design, and commercial intentions.
• Support, prioritize, and coordinate research across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Translate complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership and cross‑functional partners.
• Partner closely with Product, Production, Marketing, Publishing, and Analytics teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in research roles, including team leadership responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of the gaming and/or entertainment industry.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and grow research teams, influence senior stakeholders.
• Advanced skills in research design, analysis, and synthesis.
• Solid experience in research operations and project management.
• A vision for elevating the research discipline.
