Location: Remote (US). Not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA.

Salary: $24.00/hour (Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Vermont, Washington D.C.), $26.00/hour (New York, New Jersey, Washington State, California outside of the San Francisco Bay area), $29.00/hour (San Francisco Bay area, California)

What you will do

• Monitor daily news coverage and social media trends to identify new stories and opportunities for hirify.global's corporate channels.
• Draft press releases, social media posts, blog posts, and briefing documents that translate complex technical concepts into engaging stories.
• Research key reporters and publications across tech, business, and vertical trade media to identify new engagement opportunities.
• Assist in identifying and applying for industry awards and speaking opportunities to elevate hirify.global’s executive profiles and brand authority.
• Assist in scheduling social media posts, monitoring community sentiment/engagement, and tracking performance metrics for social campaigns.
• Help maintain internal PR databases, track project timelines, and assist with tracking coverage.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Interest in Public Relations/Corporate Communications and the tech industry, specifically B2B companies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong research, critical-thinking, and organization skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for technology and how it solves real-world problems.
• Strong desire to contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere and learn new skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with PR and social media tools (e.g., Muck Rack, Meltwater, Sprout).
• Previous experience working with a collaborative team.
