What you will do

• Develop and execute high-impact PR strategies that align with North American business goals and increase AI visibility.
• Cultivate and maintain a Tier-1 network of traditional journalists, high-authority bloggers, and B2B influencers.
• Own relationships with strategic hirify.global partners’ communications teams.
• Partner with SEO/GEO, social media teams and PR agencies to detect emerging newsjacking opportunities and brand threats in real-time.
• Manage the North American PR agency of record, setting clear ROI-based KPIs.
• Translate complex PR metrics into board level value.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in a similar B2B and/or software PR role.
• Strong relationships with media and influencers.
• Flawless writing and editing skills.
• Integrating AI into daily workflow.
• Cultural agility and nuance; understanding what works best in a North America market.
