Location: Hybrid position in South Jordan, Utah (M, W, F in-office)

What you will do

• Design data models, system integration specs, and process flows from stakeholder input.
• Translate business requirements into actionable product features and enhancements.
• Own the product roadmap for internal G&A systems and tools.
• Manage cross-functional initiatives by establishing clear timelines, ownership, and outcomes.
• Partner closely with Finance, RevOps, and BI to understand their roadmaps and propose solutions.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track initiative progress and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in program management, product ownership, business systems, or operations roles in a SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated ability to personally produce technical artifacts (ERDs, flow diagrams, business requirements docs).
• Proven, deep familiarity with internal G&A domains (Finance, BI, RevOps, etc.)
• Proven experience with Zuora, Salesforce, Rippling, and Stripe is a plus.
• Clear, confident communicator able to translate technical constraints into business language.
