What you will do

• Come up with innovative solutions to help users get the most out of hirify.global.
• Execute experiments and A/B tests to choose the best possible solution.
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to identify and ideate on opportunities.
• Mentor other software engineers and helping them grow.
• Design & develop a scalable growth platform.
• Improve engineering quality, processes and tooling.

Requirements

• Passion about delivering the best UX to diverse sets of users in various industries.
• Mindset to take data driven decisions and analysing impact of the changes you introduce.
• Experience with event driven infrastructure in GCP or AWS.
• Experience with a server-side typed or untyped language.

Nice to have

• Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML/CSS.
• Experience working in a scale-up or Growth team.
• Experience with analytics platforms like Amplitude, Hex.
