What you will do

• Support Production Managers and the Production team in coordinating logistics for video shoots across the domestic US and internationally.
• Source crews, equipment, and production services as necessary.
• Research and file for permits and research local production guidelines for compliance.
• Maintain and update departmental crew, contact, vendor, and resource lists.
• Track and report expenses, code & process invoices, and reconcile PCards.
• Archive production documents and follow up with production teams to ensure business requirements are met.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant Production Management experience in television, media, or digital video production.
• College degree required.
• In-depth understanding of payroll practices and labor laws.
• Knowledge of physical production protocols, equipment, contracts, releases, accounting/finance practices, and business affairs requirements.
• Must be computer savvy with skills in G-Suite by Google Cloud (Google Sheets), and various project management software.
• Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have effective communication skills.
