About the Role

You will lead the planning and execution of high-impact engineering projects, establish and evolve architectures and operational standards, and own delivery of complex, mission-critical systems. You will mediate technical discussions to reach consensus, define QA and CI/CD practices, implement robust observability, and mentor engineers while managing cross-functional dependencies and technical risk.

Requirements

• 6+ years in backend development with lead-level experience
• Deep expertise in Golang to architect high-performance distributed systems
• Proven ability to mentor and influence engineers and stakeholders
• Experience with modern databases such as Redis and PostgreSQL including schema design and performance tuning
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code
• Experience with observability (monitoring, logging, tracing) and production reliability
• Demonstrated implementation of comprehensive testing strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end, performance)
• Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex architectural decisions
