Project Manager — Swisstronik Money & RWA Tokenization

Swisstronik is a Swiss-regulated, identity-based hybrid Layer-1 blockchain enabling compliant Web3 financial services. We are building Swisstronik Money — a wallet and payment platform that integrates fiat on- and off-ramps, wrapped tokens, VISA card spending, and institutional-grade custody, all in full compliance with Swiss AML regulations.

We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager to take full ownership of delivering Swisstronik Money’s core infrastructure and the RWA tokenization suite.

Remote (async-first) | Salary: competitive, discussed at interview

Responsibilities:
• Own the end-to-end delivery roadmap for Swisstronik Money and RWA tokenization suite (smart contracts, backend, frontend, and third-party integrations)
• Coordinate distributed teams of smart contract engineers, backend and frontend developers
• Manage integration timelines with external partners: Fireblocks, Gnosis Pay, Sumsub, banks, and others
• Run architecture alignment sessions to ensure all developers share the same understanding before coding
• Track smart contract development, testing, and audit timelines
• Manage key integration milestones: Fireblocks (custody, MPC signing, Travel Rule), Gnosis Pay (per-user Safes, card settlement), Sumsub + Crystal (KYC/AML), banks (IBAN/fiat rails)
• Identify blockers early, escalate decisions, and keep the team unblocked
• Maintain clear documentation of architecture decisions, open questions, and status updates
• Provide honest progress reports to leadership with risk and timeline assessments

Requirements:
• Fluent English (both written and spoken) — mandatory for all technical and partner communication
• 3+ years of project management experience in blockchain, fintech, or crypto infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of smart contract development lifecycle (testing, deployment, auditing)
• Solid familiarity with DeFi/CeFi concepts: wrapped tokens, bridges, custody, multisig, MPC wallets
• Proven experience coordinating distributed engineering teams across time zones
• Ability to read architecture diagrams and technical specs, identify gaps and contradictions
• Comfort working with compliance workflows: KYC, AML, Travel Rule
• Excellent written communication skills (most coordination is async via chat)

Nice to Have:
• Hands-on experience with Fireblocks, Gnosis Safe, or Sumsub integrations
• Understanding of ISO 20022 payment standards
• Familiarity with EVM-based chains and Cosmos SDK
• Experience managing smart contract audits with firms like OpenZeppelin, Trail of Bits, or Certora

Working Setup:
• Fully remote, async-first
• Team distributed across multiple time zones
• Primary communication via Telegram
• Occasional sync calls for architecture alignment
