What you will do

• Lead execution of complex, multi-team ad technology initiatives that directly impact monetization, scalability, and platform performance.
• Drive alignment across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure predictable and efficient delivery.
• Improve organizational effectiveness by strengthening prioritization frameworks, dependency management, and execution transparency.
• Identify systemic risks across architecture, infrastructure, and data flows before they impact delivery or platform reliability.
• Enable AdsWizz to scale globally by delivering robust, high-performance advertising platform capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical program management experience leading complex, enterprise-scale initiatives.
• Significant experience in advertising technology, including familiarity with ad-serving systems, real-time bidding, monetization platforms, data pipelines, and analytics systems.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and large-scale platform architecture.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional programs with multiple engineering teams and stakeholders.
• Experience driving delivery across tightly coupled systems with complex interdependencies.
• Executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
• Experience working in Agile environments and using tooling such as Jira to manage engineering workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
