What you will do
- Project manage rollouts of multiple locations across regions.
- Provide key insights and support for Strategic/Enterprise customers.
- Travel to customersβ locations to help with implementation and provide technical support.
- Plan and organize training sessions with business owners, management team, and/or staff.
- Guide customers through their setup, implementations and integrations.
- Install/troubleshoot networking devices including routers and wireless access points.
Requirements
- Passion for technology.
- Experience with technical or hardware installation/support.
- Flexible availability to work evenings and weekends.
- Ability to travel to customerβs sites.
- Highly organized, self-motivated and self-educated.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both French & English.
Nice to have
- Networking fundamental knowledge.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry (restaurants, hotels, ect.).
- Experience at project management of larger projects.
