About the Role

You will execute core operational activities and own end-to-end processes to keep the business running smoothly. You will build, document, and continuously improve SOPs, templates, and workflows, track operational KPIs, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions. You will support tooling and data quality in CRM/ERP/helpdesk systems, propose automations and integrations, manage operational projects with clear timelines, and act as a reliable point of contact for internal teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in Operations Business Operations Office Operations Supply Logistics Ops Customer Ops or a similar role
  • Strong process mindset and ability to create structured workflows and playbooks
  • Organized detail-oriented and comfortable handling sensitive or time-critical work
  • Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills and ability to interpret data and present insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to coordinate across teams
  • Proactive ownership-driven attitude with ability to identify problems and propose solutions
  • Experience in high-growth environments or shared services is a plus
  • Familiarity with Salesforce HubSpot Zendesk Intercom Notion Confluence Linear Zapier or Make is a plus
  • Ability to leverage AI tools is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute key operational processes end-to-end
  • Build document and continuously improve SOPs templates and workflows
  • Track operational KPIs identify root causes and drive corrective actions
  • Maintain data quality in CRM ERP and helpdesk tools
  • Propose and implement automations and integrations
  • Manage operational projects with clear timelines and stakeholders
  • Triage requests prioritize work and communicate progress to internal teams
