What you will do
- Support prospective Tier-3 clients throughout the pre-sales journey.
- Engage with clients to understand their business context, transaction monitoring and anti-fraud needs, and key risk and compliance requirements.
- Collect, clarify, and validate business and technical requirements.
- Deliver product demos to help clients understand relevant use cases and value.
- Support clients during testing and evaluation phases.
- Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architects, Product, and Compliance teams to share client feedback.
Requirements
- Familiarity with AML and financial crime prevention concepts.
- Comfortable engaging in pre-sales technical discussions, including reviewing APIs and supporting testing.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Gather, validate, and document business and technical requirements.
- Confident managing multiple prospects in parallel.
- Pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset.
