Transaction Monitoring Pre-Sales Manager (LatAm): Supporting Tier-3 clients throughout the pre-sales journey, guiding them from initial engagement through evaluation and toward contract signing with an accent on understanding their business context, transaction monitoring and anti-fraud needs, and key risk and compliance requirements. Focus on aligning client business and technical requirements with hirify.global’s solution, explaining integration approaches, and acting as a trusted point of contact during the decision-making phase.

What you will do

  • Support prospective Tier-3 clients throughout the pre-sales journey.
  • Engage with clients to understand their business context, transaction monitoring and anti-fraud needs, and key risk and compliance requirements.
  • Collect, clarify, and validate business and technical requirements.
  • Deliver product demos to help clients understand relevant use cases and value.
  • Support clients during testing and evaluation phases.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architects, Product, and Compliance teams to share client feedback.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with AML and financial crime prevention concepts.
  • Comfortable engaging in pre-sales technical discussions, including reviewing APIs and supporting testing.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Gather, validate, and document business and technical requirements.
  • Confident managing multiple prospects in parallel.
  • Pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset.
