Solutions Engineer Intern (Summer 2026)

Location: Must be able to work on-site in our Lisbon office for a minimum 12 week summer internship (3-5 days a week in office)

What you will do

• Participate in in-depth technical and functional skills training to build a foundational "toolkit" for success.
• Shadow experienced Solutions Engineers during live customer engagements and internal strategy sessions.
• Complete learning assessments and practical projects, receiving guidance and feedback from your manager and peers.
• Assess and improve internal/external collaboration processes and tools.
• Develop creative approaches to building compelling demo scenarios to showcase hirify.global Technology.
• Become an integral part of the Lisbon hub, experiencing local life through office culture, team outings, and networking events.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in a technical, engineering, science or other related data analytical field.
• A good understanding of how the Internet works (DNS, HTTP, TLS, etc.).
• Knowledge of software development or application building is a major plus.
• Strong intellectual curiosity, a determination to learn, and excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical ideas clearly.
• Must be able to work on-site in our Lisbon office for a minimum 12 week summer internship (3-5 days a week in office).
• Relocation and visa sponsorship will not be provided for this internship.
