Location: Hybrid - Remote/Onsite in Mindelo, Porto, Portugal

What you will do

Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
Troubleshoot and diagnose IT-related problems, implementing appropriate solutions.
Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.
Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying potential issues and taking proactive steps.
Ensure IT incidents and service requests are logged, tracked, and resolved within SLAs.
Document business processes and standards, and implement service management best practices.

Requirements

Coursing Bachelors in Information Technology or related.
English language skill.

Nice to have

Proficiency in Service Management Best Practices.
German language Skill.
