Senior Data Analyst (Gamedev): Driving data-informed strategic decisions for a global gaming portfolio with an accent on predictive modeling, behavioral analytics, and NLP pipelines. Location: Hybrid role based in Lyon, France; must be available for on-site work 3 days per week. Not eligible for full remote work.

What you will do

• Design and deploy predictive models using Python and machine learning frameworks.
• Conduct deep statistical analysis including hypothesis testing, regression, and causal inference.
• Analyze in-game behavioral data to support live-ops and feature updates.
• Build NLP pipelines and leverage LLMs for player feedback intelligence.
• Develop automated reporting and interactive dashboards in Power BI.
• Contribute to the analytics roadmap and promote data-driven best practices.

Requirements

• Fluent English (spoken and written) required for all applications.
• 5+ years of experience in data science or advanced analytics, preferably in gaming or entertainment.
• Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, etc.).
• Strong proficiency in Python, advanced SQL, Snowflake, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience with Power BI data modeling and DAX measures.
• Proven track record in player analytics, churn prediction, or LTV modeling.

Nice to have

• Experience with A/B testing design in a gaming context.
• Understanding of GaaS (Games as a Service) and F2P business models.
