Salary: 3100 - 3600 EUR gross per month.

What you will do

• Take full ownership of the influencer inbox, vetting incoming requests against brand standards.
• Proactively identify and recruit new creators within the automotive, DIY, and other suitable sectors across European markets.
• Take ownership of the entire lifecycle of partnerships - from initial negotiation and contracting to content approval and results evaluation.
• Scout for untapped niches, trending creator communities, and new platforms where hirify.global can establish a presence.
• Work closely with the Influencer Lead to analyze performance data and refine the "Ideal Creator Profile" based on real-world results.
• Ensure all creator data, contracts, tracking links and other details are accurately managed within the system to maintain a seamless workflow.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or a similar relationship-driven role.
• Deep understanding of the creator landscape and ability to distinguish between high-value creators and those who just have high follower counts.
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume roster of partners while taking full responsibility for deadlines and channel targets.
• Capability to build genuine rapport with creators while remaining firm on brand interests, rates, and deliverables during negotiations.
• Organized and detail-oriented individual, capable of managing hundreds of conversations while ensuring precise data entry and insightful results evaluation.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English for global outreach and negotiation.
